Simply visit our website, choose your favorite items, select your size, and click “Add to Cart”. Proceed to checkout and fill in your shipping details to confirm your order.
Q: How will I know if my order is confirmed?
You’ll receive an order confirmation email or SMS shortly after placing your order.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 1 hour of placement. Once the parcel is dispatched, changes cannot be made.

Orders are delivered within 2 to 3 working days across Pakistan.

Yes, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. The parcel must be opened, unused, and in original packaging.

Absolutely! You can request a size exchange within 7 days, subject to stock availability.
Q: Are sale items returnable?
No, items purchased on sale or during promotions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless faulty.
Q: How do I start a return or exchange?
