At Olivenn, your satisfaction means everything to us. While we ensure top-notch quality and accurate product details, we understand that sometimes an exchange or return may be needed. Below is our simple and fair return policy.
β Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

The original packaging and tags must be intact

The parcel must be opened and checked upon delivery

Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required

We do not accept returns for:

Sale/discounted items (unless damaged)

Accessories (for hygiene reasons)

π Exchange Policy
We offer size exchanges (if stock is available) or product exchange if:

The item delivered was incorrect or defective

You inform us within 7 days of delivery
Exchange shipping charges may apply depending on the reason.

To request a return/exchange:

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will issue:

A store credit/refund (as per policy)

Refunds are offered in the form of store credit only.

Cash refunds are not provided, except in rare cases where the product is out of stock and a replacement is not possible.

Store credits are valid for 90 days.

All return parcels must be sent to the address provided by our customer service team via email.

All return/exchange parcels must be opened and checked at the time of delivery.

If you accept a sealed or unchecked parcel and later report issues, it may affect the approval of your return.
