You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • The original packaging and tags must be intact

  • The parcel must be opened and checked upon delivery

  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required

⚠️ Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Sale/discounted items (unless damaged)

  • Accessories (for hygiene reasons)

  • Custom or made-to-order articles

We offer size exchanges (if stock is available) or product exchange if:

  • The item delivered was incorrect or defective

  • You inform us within 7 days of delivery

Exchange shipping charges may apply depending on the reason.

To request a return/exchange:

  • Cash refunds are not provided, except in rare cases where the product is out of stock and a replacement is not possible.

  • Store credits are valid for 90 days.
