📦 Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1 working day after confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

• You will receive a confirmation message as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

📍 Nationwide Delivery (Across Pakistan)

Please note: Delivery may be slightly delayed in case of public holidays, extreme weather, or courier load.

All orders are delivered via:

• TCS

• PostEx

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by SMS or email to stay updated on your order’s status.

💸 Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery for all orders in Pakistan.
Please ensure:

• Accurate address and phone number

• Someone is available at the address to receive and pay for the order

❌ Missed Deliveries

If you're not available at the time of delivery:

• The courier will attempt delivery up to 2 more times

• If the parcel is returned, our team will contact you for reshipment or cancellation
